So life gets tough after 40, right? Older kids bringing their own challenges, aging parents leaning on us more.

Add in more responsibility at work, money worries, and a perceived lack of time to exercise or eat healthily, and it’s easy to feel we’re carrying the weight of the world on our shoulders, feeling and acting older than we truly are.

I’ve collected some of my favorite motivational quotes for men over 40 in this predicament. I find these quotes really encouraging and inspiring at times when I'm feeling overwhelmed or trying to figure out how to have a healthy mindset as I get older.
